Shin Corporation Plc on Monday said it is considering various alternatives to divest its stake in ITV, in which it held 53 per cent. In the filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Shin President Nidchanun Santhavesuk said the final decision on the buyer as well as the price has not been arrived. "We would inform the SET should there be any progress related to the matters," she said. ITV is facing a threat to pay hefty fines of over Bt100 billion for violating the concession in regards of programming contents and concession fees. Earlier, Shin approved the sale of another loss-making subsidiary Capital OK.
